Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
We are fully licensed and insured. Our license number in North Carolina is 105898. We are also fully insured, but do not carry active bonds unless you, the customer, require it. This increases cost, but serves as another form of insurance if necessary, and we can provide a bond in a quote if asked.
Can you pull permits and manage county code enforcement?
Yes we can. We specialize in working with local county officials and inspectors to make sure your project is done on time, with no delays, and full communication with customers as well as code enforcement.
How expensive is my project?
Unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all answer to every construction project. If you are interested, please contact us, and we will gladly come out and view your project, take measurements, and discuss what we know.
Is your estimate really free?
It is absolutely free. We provide free estimates to home and property owners, with detailed breakdowns of costs per item of work.
What is the process for getting it done?
Once you contact us, we’ll set up an appointment that works for you to come out and view your property and project. After that, we’ll provide a free quote to you via email, text, or over the phone (your choice). If you like it, we’ll book you on our schedule.
