Since the 1980’s the Reese family has been doing some kind of renovation of construction. Originally it was Andy Reese and sons, until Andy’s retirement in early 2026. Now instead his family, as a fully licensed and insured building contracting company in the state of North Carolina, serves Lincoln, Catawba, Gaston, Denver, Iron Station, and surrounding areas for almost 10 years and counting.

We don’t need massive advertising, sales, or administration costs. We have no giant buildings to rent.
The big building firms, large developers, and major companies aren’t interested in your smaller, one-house project or build. Big corporate builders don’t want to waste time on your renovation project. Even larger remodeling companies will almost always be higher than us. And your local handyman is good; but he has no license, and may or may not show up on time.
That’s where we come in. We are the smallest licensed company around. You’ll always talk to an owner or manager. If we don’t perform, we don’t get paid. If we can’t deliver, we go hungry. We can pull the licenses, permits, and manage the codes and laws of the big companies. But we can still be the lowest price, since we have so little overhead to pay for. That’s our unique advantage.
